Established in 1974 as Beckley Work Release Center, the facility was reorganized in 1997 and renamed Beckley Correctional Center. The center expanded into the Jackie Withrow hospital in March of 2011.

As far as visiting with small children what is allowed to be brought with them in?? diaper bags etc??
