No, you personally can NOT send a care package. You can order care packages through securepak. Here is a link to the catalog. https://www.accesscatalog.com/?process=default&. You can only order about every 3-4 months and on certain Holidays, but the package is not sent to your inmate until the end of the ordering period. Also, only one order per shipping period per inmate. I hope this helps
