If you visit and imate on Saturday are they able to get a visit on Sunday ? We live quite a few miles away and my parents don’t drive that far well and there are 4 people total in my family that visit my son there at the unit and sometimes unable to make that long trip every weekend.. Thank you ..

It is required that you are listed on the inmate’s list. If you are a minor, under 17, you need to have an adult on the list come with you.
i wanted to know my son’s father name isn’t on his birth certificate is there anyway my son can still see his dad? and sense im 17 im the mother of the child do i need to bring my birth certificate to prove im his mother

As long as the both of you are on the visitor’s list, there should not be any problem. I would bring the birth certificate to avoid any problem. I would also recommend confirming the information directly with the facility.

Please note the following information about inmate’s changing their visitation list at the Jim Ferguson Unit;
Institutional offenders may make changes to their approved Visitors List once
every six (6) months.
State Jail offenders may make changes to their approved
Visitors List every 60 days
