Can my sons niece come and visit her uncle

Hi June,
If your niece is on the visitation list, she can visit. She is not considered immediate family member as defined by the Department of Corrections, but she can be listed in the 10 other visitors. As noted in the regulations:
“The prisoner must complete a Visitor List form (CAJ-334) identifying immediate family members* and not more than 10 other potential visitors.”
