At the close of 2013, NCFs capacity was 835 adult male inmates. Capacity at the main-custody compound was 707 adult male inmates, with 539 medium-security beds and 168 minimum-security beds. NCFs satellite unit at Stocktons had a capacity of 128 minimum-security beds. As with other facilities under the management of the Secretary of Corrections, education, health services and food services are provided through contracts with private vendors.

If you are not on your father’s visiting list, you will not be able to visit him. You can write to your father to confirm that you are on the visitor’s list.If you write to him, make sure that the envelope has his full name, identification number,and your full return address. You could call the facility to determine whether you are on the list.
