I am trying to find the visitor form for my grandson to add visitor (family) to his list for visitation
Hi Marilyn,
You need to contact the facility to obtain the application for visitation. The telephone number is on this page.
I hate the new visitation setup in the maximum visitation room. It was bad enough before, but taking out the tables, putting in rows of chairs and tiny tables makes it even worse. It’s not very nice for anyone. Please consider putting the big tables back. I don’t really think you are saving much space with the new arrangement.
