Why do inmates who are in p.c because they were lose or have what few privileges they do have limited like inmates that have d.r’s? He did nothing wrong. He was in pc @ johnson & could use phone twice week. Here its every 30 days & with restricted use of kiosk video visits r impossible. I dont feel that he would b safe in gen. Population but we dont want to lose all contact because we were extorted and threatened.
