Willis H. Sargent Training Academy

The Willis H. Sargent Training Academy provides basic and continuing education for employees, including at least 280 hours of pre-service training for new correctional officers, a 40-hour orientation for non-security personnel and management level training. In-service training is conducted at the Training Academy, via e-Academy, or held at the units.
