my boyfriend is in there an he told me that i can come up there to visit him without a background check i that true. an can they only recieve an send postcards or can we write letters an how would i know what happens with his parole if he gets approved or denied. i will need to know at least week ahead of time cause i live 5 1/2 hours away so can make arrangement to pick him up if he gets approved.
