Davie County Detention Center

The Davie County Detention center was built in 2001 and continues to improve its programs both inside and outside of the facility. The detention center is an adult facility that is a medium security level jail. The facility is a pretrial facility, which means that the inmates are awaiting court dates for trial. The officers, staff, nurse and counselor at the Davie Detention Center are dedicated to upholding the rights of all people in our facility. Counseling Services Our counseling services are open to all inmates within the Davie Detention Center. The services offered by our counselor are counseling, housing opportunities, employment opportunities, basic living accommodations and guidance for rehabilitation centers after time served. Services are offered within the Davie County community and surrounding areas. These services are provided even after the incarcerated are released. The door to our counseling center is open to serve and offer guidance and services to meet the needs of everyone. ​
