All mail is inspected for contraband. The inmate’s first and last name must appear on all pieces of correspondence. All incoming mail must have a first and last name and complete return address in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope, and contain no additional pictures, images or words on the outside of the envelope. Send money orders with inmate’s first and last name. Do not send cash or personal checks. Do not send stamps, envelopes, paper, pens, inappropriate pictures, plastic cards, phone cards, stickers, glued items and staples. Greeting cards and hard back books will not be accepted. Newly published literature reading paperback books mailed directly from a major publication center or nationally recognized bookstore will be accepted. Packages containing no more than three paperback books and not exceeding a package weight of (4) four pounds will be accepted. Other printed books such as; used books, booklets, leaflets, puzzle and coloring books will not be permitted. Packages will not be accepted. Vulgar or obscene material will be returned to sender.
