Chesapeake Correctional Center

The Sheriff’s Office serves and protects the public by retaining those persons legally committed and incarcerated within the Chesapeake Correctional Center. Primary focus is placed on maintaining a healthy, safe, and secure environment for staff and inmates. Programs with in the center create opportunities for inmates to learn more responsible behaviors and increase their chances of returning to society as better citizens.
