Inmate mail is only accepted in the form of postcards purchased from a retailer, with maximum dimensions of 5.5" X 8.5". All postcards must include the inmate name, sender name and return address. Postcards that have items pasted or attached, or have been altered in any form will be rejected and returned to sender. ​The only exception to the postcard procedure for personal inmate mail will be envelopes with dimensions of 4.25" X 9.5" containing appropriate, personal photographs with maximum dimensions of 4.12" X 9.5", which must be received by the 7th of the month*. Envelopes that have items pasted or attached, or containing additional items of ANY KIND will be rejected and returned to sender. *Each inmate can receive a maximum of five photographs per month.
