The Juvenile Services Division is located on the first floor of the Beaver County Courthouse, after having been situated in Brighton Township for many years. Mission Statement The mission of the Juvenile Services Division is to protect the public from juvenile delinquency, impose accountability for offenses committed, provide treatment in line with each offender’s individual needs, and equip offenders with the required competencies to enable them to live productively and responsibly in the community. In so doing, we keep families intact whenever possible, promote justice in all juvenile matters, manage our resources effectively and promote the professional development of our employees. In all of our efforts, every human being touched by this agency, its people or its work will be treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times.
