Jail Bail Information Bail may be paid at the following locations and in the following forms: Marion County Circuit Court Annex: 4000 Aumsville Hwy. SE, Salem, OR 97317 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed on holidays recognized by Marion County). The court will accept bail in the form of: cash, cashiers checks* and credit/debit cards *Cashier's checks will be accepted only under the following conditions: Made payable to: State of Oregon. Acceptable photo ID is presented. For Marion County charges only. Jail Bail Window: 4000 Aumsville Hwy SE, Salem, OR 97317 Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am and anytime during Saturday/Sunday, including holidays. The bail window can only accept bail in the form of cash.
