My brother is incarcerated at camp 9. We had a video chat last week and i asked him a question, that a friend of mine asked me to ask. The question had to do with something that happened on their work detail the previous week. Since that question he feels as if he has been harassed and picked on. Now for a different instance he is being told that he is going to catch charges and be sent packing. Is there someone that i can get in touch with to help my brother???
