wanted to know if the even odd thing applies on holidays
I would like to write to an inmate at Buckingham who served in the Navy with me. Are there any special rules about correspondence? I have the inmate’s name, ID number and the address.
Hi Dennis,
You cannot put items in the envelope other than the letter. The officers will check all letters for contraband. Otherwise, you have all of the pertinent information to mail your letter. The officers are not supposed to read the letters, but I would not count on it, so use discretion.
