Benton Unit is a minimum custody work release facility. Inmates are able to earn time off of their sentence for their work and good behavior. Most inmates at the facility are offenders who had a technical violation of their parole or pre-release.

Hey I have a love one in your unit and i have something on my background, but i got it dispistioned about 2 years ago to get a job, but i guess it still shows up when i fill out a visitation formit. I was hopin u would give me permission to visit my loved one…….. Thank You

If the prison is still barring you from visiting, you should contact the facility and discuss your disposition. If you are still having difficulty, contact the case manager for your inmate or the prison chaplain for assistance.
Hello I have a loved one in work release program and was wondering how to find out if or when they may get early release.
Are there any covid-19 cases in the work release Benton unit? Also has visitation opened back up yet?
