My Aunt was the victim of Thomas A.Palmer in September 1980. I would like to know his status. I received a letter stating he was up for parole a few months ago. He destroyed so many lives in my family. His crime not only killed my aunt but led to the death of two family members and a third to loose her mind. Please let me know his status, there isn’t a day that goes by that he doesn’t haunt me.
